With this set, you can do a lot. Due to the fact that there are several weights in the set, choose the weight you want to start with. One by one, you'll graduate to a different weight and notice your strength becoming stronger. Getting results is why I purchased these, and I am seeing results.
These 3 pcs Kegel balls are great, and they are the right size and weight. Just started using them and am feeling the benefits already. I found it a bit challenging to begin with, but soon picked it up. Hoping to tighten up those muscles to stop frightful bladder weakness. Generally speaking, the product exceeded my expectations, so I'm pleased and very happy.
I received these today, so I will update you later. The packaging is, however, ehh.
